As part of our SESE topic on Water, the boys took part in a hands-on activity where they were challenged to design and make a boat that could float. Using recyclable and craft materials, they worked collaboratively to plan, build, and test their boats, exploring concepts such as buoyancy, balance, and materials. The activity supported the Design and Make strand of the Science curriculum and encouraged problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the task and showed great enthusiasm as they tested their designs and shared the results with the class.
